Customer Service

Shipping
We ship Standard Ground Parcel carrier to continental U.S. and Canada. If your item is in stock and you would like it sent overnight, simply call us at 1-800-819-8810 before 11:00a.m. Your item will be shipped the same day. There will be additional charges based on rates to your shipping location for air shipments.

All in-stock items are shipped within three (3) business days from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Standard shipping will be delivered in 6-10 days. If for any reason we are out of stock and will be out of stock for more than ten (10) business days, you will be notified by email or phone.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged at a rate of 6% for items shipped within Pennsylvania.

Canadian and International Orders
Canadian and International orders are quoted in US dollars and must be paid in US dollars. All shipments to Canada and Internationally will be charged at Actual shipping rate. Please call 1-800-819-8810 for shipping estimate.

Returns/Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will repair/replace the item or refund your purchase price for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Our guarantee applies when the product has been used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. Please complete the enclosed return form included with your original shipment. If you no longer have this paperwork, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-819-8810 during normal business hours 9am-5pm eastern standard time.

When you purchase from ASC, Inc. or request a catalog , we collect information that you volunteer such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number and other information necessary to process your order or send you the catalog.
